Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., whose last place of business is unknown and present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on October 18, 2018, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case No. 18CV 2590 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant, Homecomings Financial Network, Inc. have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot No. 40435 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Replat of City Lot Nos. 40433, 40434, 40435, 40554 and 40555 as recorded in Volume 35 of Plats, Page 107, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 100 feet on the Easterly line of Sheridan Road and extends back on its Northerly line 150.00 feet and on its Southerly line 150.00 feet, having a rear line of 100.00 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all elgal highways.
