Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, of Jacqueline M. Baugh aka Jacqueline Baugh, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 15, 2018, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Home Savings Bank, Sucessor by Merger to the Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio v. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, of Jacqueline M. Baugh aka Jacqueline Baugh, et al., Case No. 18CV 2140 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, of Jacqueline M. Baugh aka Jacqueline Baugh have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Canfield, County of Mahonng, and State of Ohio, and known as being Building No. 22, Unit No. 2, of The Villas at Tippecanoe Woods Condominiums, together with the undivided interest in and to all common elements of said condominium, as set forth and described in the Declaration and By-Laws of The Villas at Tippecanoe Woods Condominiums, which are recorded in Official Record Volume 5622, Pages 1004 through 1107, inclusive, and as amended and further shown by the drawings of said condominium as recorded in Volume 110, Page 186, and as amended, Mahoning County Records of Plats.
