Rogers, Anthony Staples, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Anthony Staples and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joyce A. Rogers, whose current addresses are unknown will take notice the on October 14, 2016, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1998-8, filed its Complaint in Case No. 16CV 2763, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3459 Kiwatha Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, Permanent Parcel Nos. 53-128-0-275.000 and 53-128-0-276.000 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Eestate.

The Defendants, Donna Morris, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Donna Morris, James Rogers III, Unknown Spouse, if any, of James Rogers III, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joyce A. Rogers, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Joyce A. Rogers, Anthony Staples, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Anthony Staples and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joyce A. Rogers are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 18th day of April, 2017. In the event that the Defendants, Donna Morris, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Donna Morris, James Rogers III, Unknown Spouse, if any, of James Rogers III, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joyce A. Rogers, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Joyce A. Rogers, Anthony Staples, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Anthony Staples and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joyce A. Rogers failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
