And known as the Northeasterly part of City Lot No. 109 according to the latest enumeration of lots and out lots in said City, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of City Lot No. 109 which is also the southerly line of Garfield City Lot No 110; Thence Southerly along the Westerly line of Broad Street a distance of 83 feet to a piont; Thence easterly along lands now or formerly owned by Ethel M. Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
