Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot No. 3 in Herron Heights Replat of Herron Heights Plat Nos. 1 and 2 as recorded on Volume 31 of Plats, Pages 47 and 48, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 75 feet on the Easterly line of Arden Boulevard and extends back on its Northerly line 140 feet, and on its Southerly line 140 feet, having a rear line of 75 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or lesss, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 4117 Arden Boulevard, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

$25,000.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
