THOMAS GILMORE, ET AL

DEFENDANTS.

Defendant(s), Jacob Gilmore and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jacob Gilmore, whose last known address is 265 Corriedale Drive, Cortland, Ohio 44410, will take notice that on March 28, 2022 The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 22CV 490, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Jacob Gilmore and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jacob Gilmore have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Premises commonly known as: 5908 Parkland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 23rd day of June 2022.
