John Doe, Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Nada Phyllis Avnet and their unknown spouses and creditors; and, the unknown spouse of Nada Phyllis Avnet, whose last known address is 177 Meadowbrook Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, Jane Doe, Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse of Allan Avnet (if any), whose last known address is 2050 East South Range Road, New Springfield, Ohio 44443, Jay Avnet, as possible heir to the Estate of Nada Phyllis Avnet, whose last known address is 30885 Halls Hideaway Lane, Wright City, MO 63390, Cindy Avnet, as spouse of Jay Avnet, whose last known address is 30885 Halls Hideaway Lane, Wright City, MO 63390, will take notice that on March 15, 2022, Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 22CV 408 and styled Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc. vs. Jeffrey Avnet, as possible heir to the Estate of Nada Phyllis Avnet, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclosure the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
