The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendants, Quenten Anderson and Unknown Spouse, if any of Quenten Anderson, whose last known place of residence is: 249 George Russell Rd., Yanceyville, NC 27379, each of you will take notice that on November 8, 2021, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas on the property commonly known as 124 Homestead Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, being permanent parcel number 29-001-0-282.000. 

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for forelcosure of said Mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an Answer within Twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 31st day of May 2022, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
