Mccarthy, whose last known address is 16 Bobwhite Court, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, will take notice that on January 19, 2022, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Indenture Trustee of CIM Trust 2021-NR3, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio, 44503, assigned Case No.  22CV 100 and styled U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Indenture Trustee of CIM Trust 2021-NR3 vs. Greg Lincoln, as Possible Heir to the Estate of Teresa J. Mccarthy, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
