To: Unknown Administrator, Executor or Fiduciary, Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Unknown Spouses, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and Beneficiaries of Estate of Gregory J. Kelch, Deceased, will take notice that on the 18th day of February 2022, the Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure, in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case No. 22 CV 251, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $85,031.87 plus interest at 4.87500% per annum from April 1, 2021, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street addres of 3188 Oran Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, being permanent parcel number 53-152-0-142.000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an answer on or before the 12th day of April 2022.
