Niemczura, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Truist Bank fka Branch Banking & Trust Company, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiffs Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendants have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Lot No. Seven (7) of Oakwood Allotment in said Oakwood Allotment being in Tract 4 of the Salt Springs Tract and being the 25.126 acre tract platted by Ida A. Young and recorded in Mahoning County Plat Records at Volume 27, Page 43, of Mahoning County records. Said Lot No. 7 has a frontage of 134.86 feet on Lou-Ida Boulevard.

The Defendants named above  are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of the legal notice, said answer day being the 12th day of April 2022. This legal notice will be publshed once a week for three successive weeks.
