To: Unknown Administrator, Executor or Fiduciary, Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Unknown Spouses, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and Beneficiaries of Estate of Jason R. Davis, Deceased, you will take notice that on the 20th day of November 2019, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case No. 19CV 2375, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $72,618.82 plus interest at the rate of 3.75% per annum from July 1, 2018, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note  secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 16182 Milton Avenue, Lake Milton, Ohio 44429 being permanent parcel number 51-001-0-029.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in the payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or  be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an answer on or before the 25th day of February 2020.
