To the unknown next-of-kin, heirs, devisees, and legatees of Malinda M. Bernardi, Deceased and all persons and parties interested in the Estate of Malinda M. Bernardi, Deceased, late of 330 E. Penn Street, Butler, Pennsylvania, 16001, a Complaint to Determine Heirship concerning the Estate of Robert L. Davis, Deceased has been filed in Case No. 2024 CI 0017 in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas Probate Division. The Court if located at 120 Market Street, First Floor, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

The Complaint was filed Rose M. Henry, Administrator of the Estate of Robert L. Davis, Deceased (Case No. 2022 ES 00321) and alleges that Defendant, Rose M. Henry, individually, is the surviving spouse of Robert L. Davis, Deceased and that Robert L. Davis, III, Malinda M. Davis aka Bernardi, and Alvenia Davis were the only other next-of-kin (his children) surviving Robert L. Davis, Deceased.

Plaintiff's demand for relief is a finding by the Court that the next-of-kin of Robert L. Davis, Deceased, are Rose M. Henry, individually, as surviving spouse, and Robert L. Davis, III, Malinda M. Davis aka Bernardi, and Alvenia Davis as children of Robert L. Davis, Deceased.

All of the unknown next-of-kin, heirs, devisees, legatees of Malinda M. Bernardi, Deceased and all persons and parties interested in the Estate of Malinda M. Bernardi, Deceased, are required to answer or respond either within twenty-eight (28) days after the publication of this notice, said answer day being the 3rd day of March, 2025.
