whose names, usual places of residence or existence are unknown will take notice that Farmers Trust Company and Joseph M. Houser, Co-Trustee of the Frances I. Arnett Trust fbo Diana Arnett u/a dated December 29, 1986 have brought this action against the Defendants in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, of Mahoning County, Ohio by filing its Complaint for Declaratory Judgment Construing Trust on November 21, 2023.

The object of the Complaint is to seek a court order construing the terms of the Frances I. Arnett Trust fbo Diana Arnett u/a dated December 29, 1986 (the "Trust") to determine to whom the trust assets are distributable upon termination of the Trust.

Defendants, The unknown heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, guardians, custodians or assigns of Frances I Arnett, Bonnie Arnett, David Arnett and Diana Arnett, all deceased, their respective executors, administrators, custodians, assigns, or guardians, will take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint in 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, last publication to be made on the 12th day of January, 2024.

If the Defendants, The unknown heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, guardians, custodians or assigns of Frances I Arnett, Bonnie Arnett, David Arnett and Diana Arnett, all deceased, their respective executors, administrators, custodians, assigns, or guardians, fail to answer or otherwise respond, as is required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, a judgment by default will be rendered against them for the relief demanded.
