David Edem Acolatse, whose last known place of residence is 2924 Ridgeview Dr. SW, Atlanta, GA 30331, and is now unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 17th day of October 2024, Keri Lee Acolatse filed her Complaint against he in the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, 120 Market St, Youngstown, OH 44503, of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 2024 DR 409 on the docket of said court, praying for a divorce on the grounds of incompatible, lived separate for three years that said case is entitled Keri Lee Acolatse, Plaintiff, vs. David Edem Acolatse, Defendant.

DAVID EDEM ACOLATSE is required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the publication, said answer date being the 14th day of March 2025.
