NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Austintown Township Trustees shall hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., at the Township Building, 82 Ohltown Road, Austintown, Ohio, for consideration of and recommendation to the Austintown Township Trustees the following case:
AMENDMENT 2025-03-Z
GBC Design, Inc, 565 White Pond Drive, Akron, Ohio, 44320-1123, on behalf of the Estate of Samuel J Accordino (property owner), 216 Chestnut Avenue NE, Waren, Ohio, 44483, and Motely 7 Brew, requests the rezoning of two (2) 0.2580 acre parcels of land further described as Parcels 48-029-0-106.00-0 and 48-029-0-107.00-0, Lots 49 and 50, McCurdy Plat, Howard Avenue, from Residential R-1 Districts to Business B-2 Districts in their entirety. Said properties are rectangular in shape, have a combined frontage of 150 feet at the front property line along Howard Avenue, has a depth of 150.00 feet as measured on the north and south property lines, and are located approximately 150 feet north of the Howard Avenue-Mahoning Avenue intersection; and are zoned as Residential R-1 Districts in Austintown Township, Mahoning County, State of Ohio.

Text of the proposed amendment may be viewed by appointment at the Austintown Township Zoning Office, 90 Westchester Drive, Austintown, Ohio, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. until time of the hearing.
