James E. Ramm aka James B. Ramm's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any and Corinne F. Ramm's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, if any, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 17th day of July 2026, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB as Trustee of WV 2017-1 Grantor Trust v. James E. Ramm aka James B. Ramm's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, et al., Case No. 2026 CV 01779 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) James E. Ramm aka James B. Ramm's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any and Corinne F. Ramm's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, if any, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 821 Westport Drive, Boardman, Ohio 44511 and known as PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 29-075-0-032.000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Mahoning County Auditor's Office, located at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

You are required to answer the publication within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for six (6) consecutive weeks and the last publication will be made on the 4th day of September, said answer day being the 2nd day of October 2026.

In case of your failure to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
