Scheetz, whose last known address is 5514 Mill Creed Boulevard, Boardman, Ohio 44512,  John Doe(s), Name Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Mary Scheetz, AKA Mary C. Scheetz and their unknown spouses and creditors and the unknown spouse of Mary Scheetz AKA Mary C. Scheetz, whose last known address is 5514 Mill Creek Boulevard, Boardman, Ohio 44512, will take notice that on the 18th day of June 2026, Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2019-4, US Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No.  2026 CV 01557 and styled Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2019-4, US Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee vs. Ken Scheetz, as possible heir to the Estate of Mary Scheetz, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice, said answer day being the 9th day of September 2026. This legal notice will be published once a week for three successive weeks.
