And known as being Campbell City Lot No. 6478; according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in the St Michael's Plat No. 4 as recorded in Plat Volume 50, Pages 28 and 29, Mahoning County Official Records.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 73 Notre Dame, Campbell, Ohio 44405.

APPRAISED VALUE: $134,000.00.

 

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
