Mortgage First, LC, whose last known address is Attention: Legal Department, 283 East Gentile Street, Suite 100, Layton, UT 84041, will take notice that on the 8th day of May 2026, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2022-RP3, filed  its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 2026 CV 01171 and styled U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2022-RP3 vs. Frank L. Salmon, Jr. AKA Frank L. Salmon, AKA Frank Salmon, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the forgoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 483 Southward Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44515.

 

The defendant named above is required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice, said answer day being the 28th day of July 2026. This legal notice will be published once a week for three successive weeks.
