Defendant(s), Jessica Shields aka Jessica L Shields and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jessica Shields aka Jessica L. Shields, whose last known place of residence was 41 Pinehurst Avenue, Youngstown Ohio 44512,  will  take notice that on the 15th day of April 2026, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2026 CV 00939, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Jessica Shields aka Jessica L. Shields and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jessica Shields aka Jessica L. Shields, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: 

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-199-0-064.000

Premises commonly known as: 41 Pinehurst Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.

 

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, haven been broken and the same has become absolute. 

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in the real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on the 28th day of July 2026.
