Beginning at an iron pin set on the easterly line of Lowellville Road and at its southwesterly corner of lands of the St Anthony Society, thence N. 45 degrees 21 minutes East a distance of 134.84 feet to an iron pin; thence South 45 degrees 53 minutes East a distance of 62.73 feet to an iron pin set on the northerly line of Out Lot No. 37; thence south 41 degrees 21 minutes West a distance of 135 feet to the place of beginning and contains 0.20 acres of land.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
