By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale online at Real Auction https://mahoning.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, in said County, on

TUESDAY, JUNE 9 A.D. 2026

at 10:00 o'clock A.M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Jackson, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot No. 7 in a Replat of Robert McCaskill Plat No. 5, a subdivision of part of Great Lot 37 in said Township, as recorded in Volume 87, Page 152 of the Mahoning County Record of Plats. Said Lot No. 7 has a frontage of 146.4 feet on the East side of Duck Creek Road and extends back there from a distance of 886.40 feet on both sides, and has a distance on the rear line of 146.4 feet, as shown by said Plat, to which reference is hereby made, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
