By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale online at Real Auction https://mahoning.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, in said County, on

TUESDAY, JUNE 9 A.D. 2026

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 19426, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in the Realty Trust Company and George Tod Estate Plat, recorded in Volume 15, Page 33 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot Number 19426 has a frontage of fifty feet on the Southerly line of Lora Avenue and extends back therefrom between parallel lines an equal distance of one hundred and fifty feet and has a rear line of fifty feet. Be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 425 Lora Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44504.

APPRAISED VALUE: $116,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
