Davis aka Tom Davis, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on the 3rd day of December 2025, The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to Sky Bank, filed its Amended Complaint in Case Number 2025 CV 02553, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas R. Davis aka Tom Davis, Paula Davis and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Paula Davis, Kyle Davis, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kyle Davis, and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Thomas R. Davis aka Tom Davis, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-147-0-083.000
Premises commonly known as: 2164 Gregory Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, haven been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in the real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on the 13th day of March 2026.
