By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale online at Real Auction https://mahoning.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, in said County, on

 

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14 A.D. 2025 AND

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28 A.D. 2025

at 10:00 o'clock A.M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:

 

Situated in the Township of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot Nos. 127 and 128 in Lyon Park Plat Division B, A Subdivision of a part of original Poland Township, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 81, of Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot Nos. 127 and 128 have a combine frontage of 100 feet on the southerly side of Lyon Boulevard, and extends back 140 feet on the easterly line, 140 feet on the westerly line and have a combined rear line of 100 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

APPRAISED VALUE: $154,000.00.

 

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
