The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouse, if any, of Charles E. Hannis and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Charles E. Hannis, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 30th day of July 2025, the Plaintiff, NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 01992, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 124 Idlewood Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 48-025-0-093.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouse, if any, of Charles E. Hannis and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Charles E. Hannis are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 21st day of October 2025. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouse, if any, of Charles E. Hannis and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Charles E. Hannis failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
