The Defendants, Beverly J. Smith and Condridge R. Smith aka Conridge R. Smith, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 29th day of October 2024, the Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-1, filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. 2024 CV 02320, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 334 East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-116-0-171.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendants, Beverly J. Smith and Condridge R. Smith aka Conridge R. Smith are required to answer the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 10th day of September 2025. In the event that the Defendants, Beverly J. Smith and Condridge R. Smith aka Conridge R. Smith failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for relief requested in the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint.
