The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any of Joan I Johnson and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any of Maynard L. Johnson, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 11th day of June 2025, the Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-OPT1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 01501, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2113 Cherry Hill Ave., Youngstown, Ohio 44509, PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-178-0-057.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any of Joan I Johnson and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any of Maynard L. Johnson are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 29th day of August 2025. In the event that The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any of Joan I Johnson and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any of Maynard L. Johnson failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
