Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assign and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Margaret Furden, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Margaret Furden, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Caroline Furden, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 5th day of March 2025, Callaway Manor Condominium Owners Association, Inc., filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that there is due Plaintiff the sum of $3,995.00 in unpaid maintenance fees and assessments plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs and attorney fees, as owners of the property known as 6043 Callaway Circle, Austintown, Ohio 44515, being permanent parcel no. 48-059-0-140.010 and further described as being: 

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being 60.43 Callaway Circle, together with the undivided interest in the common area and facilities pertaining to said unit of Callaway Manor Condominium located 6043 Callaway Circle, as shown by the Drawings recorded in Plat Volume 86, Page 83-106 and as further described in Declaration of Condominium and By-Laws of Callaway Manor Condominium was recorded in Official Records Volume 1948, Page 1 of Mahoning County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

 Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of Plaintiff's condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants are required to answer within 28 days after the last publication which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of July 2025.
