Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Numbers 64 and 65 in Golf Land Estates as recorded in Volume 27 of Plats, Page 22, Mahoning County Records.
Said lots have a combined frontage of 150 feet on the south line of Golfview Avenue and extends back on their east line 392.54 feet; and on their west line 391.63 feet, having a combined rear line of 150 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
A parcel of land consisting of two (2) lots.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 771 Golfview Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.

APPRAISED VALUE: $210,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
