To the Defendant the unknown spouse, if any, of Mariano Caban, whose last known address is 3216 North Wendover Circle, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, whose present location is  unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 7th day of April, 2025. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate: Property Address; 3216 North Wendover Circle, Youngstown, Ohio 44511. PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-152-0-161.000. 

The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against Defendant Mariano Caban in the amount of $38,314.51 plus interest at the rate of 4.1250% per annum from March 1, 2024 plus costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 27th day of May, 2025, said answer day being the 24th day of June 2025.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the  Complaint.
