The Estate of Gina M. Mioli, Mario Mioli, The Unknown Spouse of Mario Mioli, and The Estate of Valentine Mioli, whose last known addresses are 715 McClurg Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, and whose present place of residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 24th day of February 2025, Consumers National Bank, filed its Complaint on Promissory Note and in Foreclosure in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, 120, Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, in Case No. 2025 CV 00445, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to seek to a monetary judgment against The Estate of Gina M. Mioli and Mario Mioli,  and foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 29-047-0-021.000 and 29-047-0-022.000

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 712 McClurg Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 and being more particularly described in the Plaintiff's Open-End Mortgage filed for record on November 8, 2017, and recorded at O.R. Book 6252 Page 485-503 of the Mahoning County Records. 

The above named Defendants, The Estate of Gina M. Mioli, Mario Mioli, The Unknown Spouse of Mario Mioli, and The Estate of Valentine Mioli, are required to answer within Twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of June 2025 or The Estate of Gina M. Mioli, Mario Mioli, The Unknown Spouse of Mario Mioli, and The Estate of Valentine Mioli might be denied a hearing in this case.
