To: See R Properties, LLC, you will take notice that on the 26th day of August 2024, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2024 CV 01945, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $117,936.39, plus interest at 3.875% per annum from October 1, 2023, plus late charges and fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 148 Terrace Dr., Youngstown, Ohio 44512, being PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 29-001-0-241.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the Twenty-eight day following the last date of Publication, said answer day being the 28th day of February 2025.
