And known as being Struthers City Lot No. 456 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, (formerly being Lot 154 in Creed & Morrisons Third Addition as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 39) of Mahoning County Records.
Said Struthers City Lot No. 456 has a frontage of 50 feet on the North line of Wilson Street and extends back 150 feet on its East line 150 feet on its West line and has a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
