And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 60968, according to the latest enumeration lots in said City, in The Schenley Park Plat No. 7 as shown recorded in Volume 49, Page 176 of Mahoning County Records of Plats. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 60968 has a frontage of 71.02 feet on the westerly curved side on Bon Air Avenue and extends back 448.00 feet on the northerly line, 440.62 feet on the southerly line, and has a rear line of 79.20 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
