Said Lot No. 66 has a frontage of 66 feet on the northerly line of Alliance-Salem Road and extends back therefrom 165 feet on the easterly line, 165 feet on the westerly line, which is also the easterly line of Stanley Street and has a rear line of 66 feet, which is also the southerly line of an unnamed 20 foot alley, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
