By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale online at Real Auction https://mahoning.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, in said County, on

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Struthers City Lot No. 5237 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city as recorded in Plat Volume 26, Page 257, Mahoning County Records.
Said Struthers City Lot No. 5237 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Northerly side of Wilson Street, and extends back 150 feet on the Easterly line, 150 feet on the Westerly line, and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 227 Wilson Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471.
PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: 38-014-0-25.000
APPRAISED VALUE: $130,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
