Situated in the Township of Goshen, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
Being Part of Section One of said Township, and bounded described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin North 85° 29' West 220 feet from the East line of said Section, at the Northwest corner of a one acre parcel, owned by H. and R. Bowman; thence South 5° 00' West 198 feet long the West line of said one acre parcel to the Southwest corner of same; Thence North 85° 29' West 220 feet to an iron pin; Thence North 5° 00' East 198 feet to an iron pin on the North line of Grantor's land; Thence South 85° 29' East 220 feet along Grantor's North line to the place of beginning, and containing one acre of land, and being part of the land conveyed by Mary C. Bowman to Herschel T. Bowman, by deed dated December 3, 1935 and recorded in Vol. 441, Page 489, Mahoning County Records of Deeds.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
