By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale online at Real Auction https://mahoning.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, in said County, on

 

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12 A.D. 2024 AND

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26 A.D. 2024

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Struthers City Lot No. 5364 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Hamilton Heights Subdivision Plat No. 2, a Subdivision of a part of Original Struthers City Out Lot No. 123, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 56 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Struthers City Lot No. 5364 has a frontage of 75 feet on the North line of Hamilton Boulevard and extends back 476.78 feet on its East line, 465.26 feet on its West line and has a rear line of 75.88 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
