The Defendant, Canyon Stone Vinyl Siding, Co., whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the 29th day of January 2024, the Plaintiff, Teachers Federal Credit Union, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2024 CV 00176, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1042 N. Gray Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio, 44505, Permanent Parcel Nos. 53-213-0-245.000 and 53-213-0-246.000 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendant, Canyon Stone Vinyl Siding, Co. is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 1st day of October 2024. In the event that the Defendant, Canyon Stone Vinyl Siding, Co. failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
