Lana Turner aka Lana Revis' Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, if any, whose last place of residence is unknown,  and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of May, 2024, a Complaint was filed in the matter of U.S. Bank National Association v. Lana Turner's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, et al.,  Case No. 2024 CV 01004, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Lana Turner aka Lana Revis' Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 908 Cornell Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44502 and known as Parcel Number 53-112-0-243.000. A complete legal  description of the property may be obtained from the Mahoning County Auditor's Office, located at 120 Market St. 1st floor, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for six (6) consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on August 29, 2024, said answer day being the 26th day of September 2024.

In the case of your failure to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment  by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
