Howie, whose last known address is 2266 Selma Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44504, Jane Doe, Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse of Izaiah Dabney (if any), whose last known address is 2266 Selma Avenue, Youngstown Ohio 44504, will take notice that on the 10th day of May 2024, The Bank of New York Mellon, formerly known as The Bank of New York, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee on behalf of the holders of the CIT Mortgage Loan Trust, 2007-1 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 2024 CV 01016 and styled The Bank of New York Mellon, formerly known as The Bank of New York, not in its individual capacity  but solely as Trustee on behalf of the holders of the CIT Mortgage Loan Trust, 2007-1 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1 vs. Shalia Goode, as Heir to the Estate of Robyn Howie AKA Robyn M. Howie, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

The defendant named above is required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice, said answer day being the 27th day of August 2024. This legal notice will be published once a week for three successive weeks.
