Niznik and their unknown spouses, and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Frances M. Niznik, if any, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the 4th day of April 2024, The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to First Place Bank, Successor by Merger to First Federal Savings and Loan Association, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 2024 CV 00668, seeking foreclosure of its mortgage lien in the following described real estate to wit:

The following described premises, situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio to wit:

And known as being Struthers City Lot No. 5237 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city as recorded in Plat Volume 26, Page 257, Mahoning County Records.

Said Struthers City Lot No. 5237 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Northerly side of Wilson Street, and extends back 150 feet on the Easterly line, 150 feet on the Westerly line, and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 227 Wilson Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471.

 

The above-named Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's First Amended In Rem Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which shall be  published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of August 2024. In the event that the above-named Defendants fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's First Amended In Rem Complaint without further hearing.
