Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as bing Sublot No. 25 in Country Club Estates Plat No. 1, a Subdivision of a part of Original Boardman Township Great Lot No. 20, Fourth Division, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 40 of Maps, Pages 58 and 59 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Sublot No. 25 is more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
