Situated in the Township of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being part of Great Lot No. 55 according to the original survey of said township, and described as follows;

Beginning at a point in the centerline of Quarry Road, also known as Poland Hill Road, which is the dividing line between Great Lot No. 49 and Great Lot No. 55, South 02° 00' West 210.78 feet distance from northeast corner of Great Lot No. 49;

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
