By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale online at Real Auction https://mahoning.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, in said County, on

at 10:00 o'clock A.M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:

 

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot No. 61108 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in replat of City Lot No. 20816, as recorded in Volume 52 of Plats, Page 243, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 94.0 feet on the westerly line of Hazelwood Avenue and extends back on its northerly line 125.4 feet, and on its southerly line 125.4 feet, having a rear line of 94.0 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

APPRAISED VALUE: $101,000.00.

 

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
