Known as being Lot No. 62033 in Home Dale Plat No. 1 as found in Volume 93 Page 229 of the Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Beginning at an iron pin set on the Northerly right-of-way of Canfield Road North 87 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 60.00 feet from an iron pin found at the Southwesterly corner of Lot No. 61845 in the Normandy Plat No. 1 as found in Volume 84 Page 19 of the Mahoning County Records of Plats; Thence along said right-of-way North 87 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 286.74 feet to an iron pin found on the easterly line of lands now or formerly of Bishop Thomas J. Tobin; Thence along said Tobin lands North 03 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 310.02 feet to an iron pin set;

Thence South 87 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 286.74 feet to an iron pin set;

Thence South 03 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 310.02 feet to the point of beginning and containing which said bounds 2.041 acres of land, more or less, as shown by said plat.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
