By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale online at Real Auction https://mahoning.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, in said County, on

And known as being Lot Number 28,637 according to the latest enumerations of lots in said city as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 83, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the North line of Ravenwood Avenue, and extends back on its West line 150 feet, and on its East line 150 feet, having a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
