Kelly Plat, a Subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 3, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 12 of Maps, Page 134 of Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot No 16444 has a frontage of 42 feet on the Northerly side of Delason Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 150 feet on the Westerly line, 150 feet on the Easterly line and has a rear line of 42 feet, as appears by said plat.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 328 West Delason Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

APPRAISED VALUE: $36,000.00.

 

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
