And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 24615 as Lots are now known in said City, this being the same property conveyed from Mary Petrosky aka Mary Petroskey, a widow and unremarried to James Cooper, Jr. and Barbara Ann Cooper, set forth in Book 1131, Page 472 recorded 10/13/1967, then by divorce judgment from James Cooper, Jr. to Barbara Cooper in Deed Vol. 2999, Page 85, Case #82 DR 1337 executed 09/06/1996 and recorded 06/06/1996 Mahoning County Records, State of Ohio.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 64 E. Earl Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.

APPRAISED VALUE: $43,000.00.

 

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
